Wholesale prices are offered to companies who operate a bona fide business.

Minimum first order amount of $600 + GST on a proforma invoice. A surcharge of 15% applies to orders less than the minimum dollar value, thereafter no minimum applies.

• Timber products are a natural material and may change if placed in different environments, and the stains may vary between batches.

• Delivery is a separate charge and is not included in the pricing.

• Not all pendants and chandeliers are supplied with canopy and chain, refer to individual images for details.

• Delivery is a separate charge and is not included in the pricing, the delivery charge is for one trip only. Split deliveries will incur extra charges. Outsourced delivery drivers are not authorized to accept C.O.D payments.

• H&H Collection guarantees all goods will be dispatched in the same condition as agreed upon the time of purchase. If any goods arrive damaged it must be reported to the company in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.

• No item is refundable unless it has a manufacturing fault and H&H is unable to re-supply the item.

• H&H Collection retains the right to:
a. Change the Trade/Wholesale price at any time without notice.
